Where this comes from

All 17 of the relationships drawn above come from Michael Mazza's family tree, and none of them has been proved by a record this archive has read.

1 record has been read about them:

What a register says about this person, which the tree does not.

Parentage — a cycle in the export — THE SECOND ORAZIO IS HIS SON, NOT A SECOND FATHER AND NOT A DUPLICATE OF THE FIRST. Rosario Mazza and Anna Cassanite named a son Orazio for his grandfather, exactly as the naming custom predicts, and the export then recorded that son in both the parents and the children. The child link stands; the parent link is removed. His father remains the Orazio Mazza born 1883 at Piedimonte Etneo, son of Rosario Mazza and Leonarda.

Where the two disagree, the chart above still draws the tree as it stands. This archive does not silently rewrite what it was given — the acts are here.
