A NICOTRA WOMAN FOUND INSIDE A DEATH ACT OF ANOTHER SURNAME, which no sweep of the N section could have reached. Named only as the mother, «TERESA NICOTRA, domiciliata ivi pure», of Giuseppa Ragonesi, who was born at Piedimonte; so Teresa probably lived at PIEDIMONTE ETNEO — the comune of this archive's Mazza line — and was at Riposto, or had moved there, by 1850. Whether Nicotra is her own or her married surname is not stated. Her husband is named only as «Salvadore, contadino». NOT LINKED.
