VENERA CASSANITI'S FATHER, of Piedimonte Etneo, and DEAD BY OCTOBER 1872: his daughter's marriage act calls her «figlia del FU GAETANO». He is also the father named in her birth entry in the annual Tavola of Nati 1848, act 45, which is what ties the birth to the marriage. MIND THE NAMESAKE: Piedimonte held a GAETANO BONANNO and a GAETANO BONACCORSO at the same period, both braccianti, and this is a third Gaetano again.
